Problem With AAC files
PROBLEM WITH AAC FILES:
1. Winamp 5.01 version doesn't handle AAC files created by other 3rd party software apple's itunes (AAC converted under 128 Kbps with Sound enhancement feature) and other 3rd party softwares MY system: Intel P4-1.6 Ghz 128 Mb SD RAM Windows 98 SE Software used - Apple's Itunes,Winamp 5.01 (Comparison) Harddisk - 40 GB |

iTunes creates .MP4/.M4A files, not .AAC files...
Winamp supports files with the .aac extension. These are mpeg2-lc aac files. MP4/M4A is a container format for mpeg4-he aac files (though the container can also contain mpeg2-lc aac files, or any other compatible format).
