Streaming to a mobile device / handheld pc

Anyone know a good way to stream to mobile devices such as handheld pc's? I know Chris was once streaming through WAP but I have not been able to figure out how to do it. If you know of a good resource please post.

Depends on the device. I can listen to shoutcast streams using my Palm PDA. Just net some sort of net connection and a player.
