buffer notification

As I was "shutdown" by myself on the last post I made (systrayinfo) I think I have a legit rec now::

OK, so you have Winamp minimized to the system tray

You rightclcik to open its handy menu

you choose a new bookmark::

Would be cool if:: One of those annoying Notification Baloons pops up and gives you the buffer information::

I mean I'm sure you could think of a better notification design, maybe a progressbar or something, but this would be cool, so I know if its connecting, or how far the bufferis, without having to roll over:::

The Winamp Modern skin already has a built-in notifier.
Maybe you need to enable it or something?
