Japanese/Unicode Support

I noticed that Shoutcast doesn't report, or rather read, songs that are tagged in Unicode (ie: Japanese, Chinese, Tha, etc). I was wondering was this an issue or that capability is still not possible? Thanks!

SHOUTcast does not support Unicode.
