Local Database Corrupted - How to Restore?

I restarted my commputer and got this error saying i need to restore my backup of main.idx file. I have found where the file is but I dont know how to restore it since it is already in the ml folder ?

If you don't have a backup, then you will need to delete and recreate your media library (scan in everything again). You will lose your history data (playcounts, etc.). There is a "Clear Library" button on the Winamp Preferences - Media Library - Local Library - Options tab. Then switch to the "Watch Folders" tab and use the "Rescan now" button.

In the future, you can use the Winamp Backup Tool (http://koopa.meggamusic.co.uk/backuptool/) to make backups (of the library data and other important files) after adding items to your library.
