Adding Access to Network Storage
I have a QNAP storage system where I keep all my music. I'd like to use that with WinAmp, but I don't see a way for the player to use network locations like that. Yes, I have confirmed that I can see the network drives on my PC, so it's not a connectivity issue. Is there any plan to implement this feature?

Actually, I added a default location, then changed it to the Network Share. Now the Local Library is scanning all my music in. So, my fix was:
1. In preferences, Local Library, create just location to some directory 2. Select the library, then pressed "Edit Selected" 3. Change the directory to the Network Share location. 4. Scan the new directory and watch your music get indexed. |

Okay, Winamp is reading the library location. But I still can't quite get it to load the music. Not sure what is going on.

i would assign a drive letter to the location, if possible.

Yeah, that works just fine. Would be nice if I could actually just use the NAS share location, though.
