Probably in the "feeds.xml" document. It is in your user's Winamp/Plugins/ML/Feeds folder.

Did you look in your user's data folder for the Winamp folders? Use the Winamp Info Tool to make an extended report of your configuration and attach it to a post (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=328932).

winamp.ini -> [Winamp] section -> RecentURLxxx=yyy entries.

if you edit those values, you need to ensure you correct any gaps in the number sequence i.e. if you remove RecentURL10, then RecentURL11 needs to be changed to RecentURL10, RecentURL12 needs to be changed to RecentURL11 and so on. if Winamp finds a gap then it will stop reading things, hence why you if are removing things, you need to manually adjust things.
