If you aren't set to use random presets (the light is off) then what order are they in? They still appear to be random to me. Can you make the preset cycle in alphabetical order?

I am attempting to review the presets I have and give them ratings, but that appears to be a difficult task. I wonder how others manage their presets. At this point I would like to be able to delete a preset on the fly (I know I can set the rating to zero, but it's not the same) or be able to rename the running preset, but maybe I am overcomplicating things. Are there tools to manage your presets? I'm not looking to change them, just manage them.
