Shoutcast.com Streaming song metadata

We are switching from our own internal icecast server and we have a Wordpress site with the hero plugin that pulls album artwork and now playing info. We currently use Station Playlist as our automation software.

Now that we are trialing Shoutcast.com hosting for our streams, the plugin no longer receives any of our streaming metadata. The streams themselves are playing fine, but no song info.

Does anyone have any suggestions how we can make this happen without having to dump an XML somewhere and pick it up with the plugin.?
