Can't add streams to shoutcast directory, authhast key too long

I contacted shoutcast a few months back about a few of my streams,
The authhash key is too long to enter so I can't add my channels.

DJEgg sent me an email a few months back saying I could signup for their
developer api to create my own authhash keys and register streams myself.

I signed up several times for that developers account, no response yet.
I emailed shoutcast several times saying I signed up, but still no response.

I changed servers recently so had to edit the info for 11 streams.
I'm unable to re-list some channels, they just won't let me add them again.

All I need is a proper authhash to relist my channels.

Also why is targetspot not making regular payments?
