Playlist Setup?

Does anyone know of an easy way to setup a playlist? All I know how to do is have randomly jump between videos on my station. Also, is there any way to have shows be programmed to time slots, like say I want a show to play at 8:00pm every day and have it be a random (or selected) episode from a series of files? Is there any way of doing this? Thanks for any help you can give.
