This text was on the drudge report:

"PAPER: THE Backstreet Boys have come to the end of the road and are set to split... MORE... "

A link will probably appear on the site within a couple hours ... as it develops- but if it turns out to be true... well ... good riddance

Now is the time for all good Americans to come to the aid of their Country

Last time I checked the rumor mill looked quite busy.

drudge report? http://www.drudgereport.com

famous website- Matt Drudge is a one man investigative reporter- he discovered the whole monica lewinski thing.

He also does hollywood reporting and other things. Most of
the time what the website is is just links to different
articles from newspapers, and then there is a little column
by himself.

Now is the time for all good Americans to come to the aid of their Country

Although for every crappy boy band that falls, there will be several more to take their place...

It's towards the middle of the page on the right -

"The Backstreet Boys have come to the end of the road and are set to split, the NEWS OF THE WORLD newspaper reported on Sunday... The band has 'decided their current world tour will be their last. They will release a greatest hits album early next year and then call it a day. An insider revealed: 'They want to bow out on top''... MORE... "

Say what you will about his drudges' column or his "investigative reporting", but 95% of the content on that site is just links to other articles in other publications from around the world that have nothing to do with him. Often he gets newpaper stories that are days from publication. (Like this one, it seems)

Basically, I like the site because he filters the news and
generally picks a good blend of political, science, entertainment news that i find relevant. It saves me the time of having to slog through the washington post or
the NY/LA times to find what I really want to know.

Ohhhhh...

George W. is so not even as bad or dumb as people make him out to be; and I have said in the past that out of the people in republican primary he was defintely not my first choice.

I very much enjoy the news that he is going to appoint a CFO for the white house... this is something I have thought they should have done years ago.
