New skinning Project: Shock Kontrol

This thread is about a new skinning project to be started by Rct {Radical Collaborative Team}. The graphics are to be done by NikhilVerma and Coding of XML and MAKI to be done by Rohan Prabhu {rohan_pwln}. Please give your comments on it. Don't worry about the skin's size on your skin. We will reduce it by almost 60% once the design is ready.

Another note as well, even at 60% reduction that is HUGE, still covers near on 2/3rds of my screen if I reduce it in PS.

Well, the finish of the details is much nicer now... or they were probably not finished at all at the first example, but interesting shape... wanna hold my tounge back before I really had in your mind...

hm... way better than the first ss, but there still isn't much to comment about. only thing is that you should rounden the corners following the chromeffect. i don't know what the blue glowing thingie is, but i don't like it.
my two cents

Frozen skins: Gravestone Betaskins: Mushroom ::-:: The Claw
In development: TechnodropFinished: Draculas Helmet (<-- still waiting for some color themes!) ::-:: Hal's eye

I agree with Rontz, you should cut off the edges following th chrome effect... the glue thing as rontz called it also stuck a question on my mind, though I didn't think of it a s glue before rontz said anything.. looked like more fragments of round metal, more like a discoglobe or something, but I guess we can't say much untill you reveil more of your idea

you've only just scratched a basic idea down here so far, you'll want to really get most of the basic functionality such as cbuttons, display in there before it starts to take shape and be commented on.

keep working at it tho
