I am going to be creating a website for my counties Relay For Life, a non profit organization that benifits the American Cancer Socity. I am wondering where I could find the cheapest and best place to register a domain name for my county. I might also ask later where I may find a free or very cheap host that using asp and sql. Not sure on the hosting part just yet...Thanks for your help

I use http://godaddy.com - pretty cheap, reputable, etc, blah.

Sorry, I know a few people who work for Go Daddy.
Never call their Tech Support though, all it is is the sales department.

Why would you ever need to call the tech support of a domain registrar?

Its not a doman registrar, they are mostly a hosting company mostly. And if you just register a domain they will never leave you alone.
