Playlist output plugin?

I've looked everywhere and have been unable to find a plugin which will export playlist meta data into a text or Excel file. I can't believe that one doesn't exist since a lot of folks use Winamp for internet broadcasting and the extortionists at Sound Exchange require the info.

Any help will be appreciated.

In the Playlist Editor hit the Misc Button, then Misc then Generate HTML Playlist.

Or just save a M3U, PLS or M3U8 file and open it in a text editor. It is just a text file.

Well, that's a start but what I really need is all the meta data (artist/song plus author/label/etc when known).
