Java Download BundleID Failed: Access Denied

Hello,

I'm using NSIS to download and install Java. Since 24 Sep 2016, The link to Java seams to be broken.

You don't have permission to access "http://sdlc-esd-stage.oracle.com/ESD6/JSCDL/jdk/8u25-b18/jre-8u25-windows-x64.exe?" on this server.
