Artwork Scaling Issue

Hey guys, I have a problem with my winamp, whenever I "View File Info" to tag my tracks, I always notice this extra space on the album art section, it shows fine and square when I play the track, but when I view the details, this extra space bothers me.

^here is the screenshot of what happens, why is this happening, what is with this empty space?, any way to fix this?
