Just perform a sync. By default, that will transfer everything in your Winamp media library.

Windows 7 Beta
iPod touch (Second Generation), 8GB
Winamp 5.55 with ml_iPod 3.08

Wait, you mean an iPod-to-iPod transfer? I don't think that's possible. Instead you have to copy everything to your hard drive first, then drag it to your new iPod.

The iPod really wasn't designed to be the only copy of your media, it was designed to sync. So you're always going to run into issues like this if you use it the way you do.

iPod touch (Second Generation), 8GB
Winamp 5.55 with ml_iPod 3.08

Backup/restore won't work. The backup feature only backs up the database, not the files. So even if you restore the database to your new iPod, it won't work because the iPod won't be able to find the files...
