Desktop docking - what is it?

It "locks" Winamp to the desktop, similar to the taskbar. It is available to the Winamp Modern skin and other modern skins that take advantage of it. Other modern skins may need to be updated to use docking.

Try it out with the Winamp Modern skin...
1. Set Winamp Modern to WindowShade mode.
2. Right click on a "empty" space in the skin
3. select Window Settings > Docked Toolbar
4. set options of your choice.

The playlist can also be docked (WindowShade mode or not).

okay thanks. how do i set it to windowshade mode? the docking feature cant be selected ATM.

WindowShade or "toolbar" mode = Click the middle icon/button right hand side of the title bar or use Ctrl+W
