Winamp for android does not come as a Pro version, it requires an extra stub to unlock Pro.
No idea what that DL above is, but as the labeling is suspiciously wrong, I would say avoid it.

How about a safe link such as http://winampenthusiasts.com

I am looking for a Winamp Remote similar to ControlFreak back in the days...

I have been away for a while... now I keep coming across "Winamp for Android" and "AwaRemote".

Are they similar Winamp remote control apps?

Ironically both apps can't be found under GooglePlay.

HTC's Android applications have vanished – and returned – on Google Play, Lazik is a remote control for the media player which utilizes the WiFi. There are two adaptations of the application accessible – Lazik which is free in the Market, and .brings any missing collection covers (if your music is legitimately labeled).
