Hide the "New DNAS Version Available" message

As straightforward as this: just need to hide the the "New DNAS Version Available" message from being displayed all the time:

ok -- just note that the other threads used a 2.4.7 index.css - for any other dnas version get the /index.css, save it and tweak it. then use admincssfile=<your edited css> in the dnas config to use it.

also note that admincssfile is really the global css file - it is applied to all dnas-served html.
