Beowolf in 3D

It's rated 12A in the UK, but dayum it's fricken' violent at the start! You have to see it in 3D! You do get to see Angelina Jolie's boobs as well.

3D is definitely the way action and fantasy cinema is going to go from now on, I can't quite see why it didn't happen earlier on though to be honest.

You feel like a bit of a plonk at first, but when you get over looking like Michael Kaine and Stevie Wonder the glasses become alright.

I hear Tim Burton is bringing out a 3D film of Alice in Wonderland in 2008 or 2009. Should be good!

there was a 3D cinema near me, but it closed down, because there were too little 3D movies and there is also a big "normal" cinema next to it.

It was very good from a technical point of view. There was this kick ass water effect at the start which everyone wowed at, along with spears and arrows coming out from the screen.

It took them 10 years to write the script but it doesn't seem it, but I think that's because it was really meant for children - which is totally fucked up because people had to take their children out! Some of the scenes are really gruesome. I don't think I'd take a kid to see it personally.

The characters were all CGI which I thought sucked a little bit because in the trailer they looked real. And there accents are the wierdest thigns you will ever hear! They start off Nordic, move to Cockney, and then to Welsh mixed with American and then ends up somewhere I've never heard before....

We also saw it at a normal cinema. they had just re-worked the image to make it 3D and you'd but the glasses at the booth when you get the ticket.

The glasses where I was did not block out the second image well enough -- my eyes did not like that.

Movie was good though. Dragons + Jolie + freaking Vikings == good stuff.

Yes, but the 3D Cinema had an extra phat screen and was specialised on 3D movies.

Beowulf movie did good business on US box offices. It's a good movie that is liked by Angelina Jolie fans.
