Ok, first off Hentai isn't all "hardcore" stuff. (At least not to this Duk.) Most of it is, but not all. Unfortunately, the terms porn and hardcore are discretionary and in the eye of the beholder ... OMG I'm feelin' the urge. Must resist a speech. Oh to have but 30 minutes to rant on this.

Anyways, at least stateside, there are really odd community decency policies and even more odd internet police trapping people in mob like sting operations. What does this mean? Don't look for skins of this nature on a "respectable" (did I really just say that?} web site like this. Perhaps look underground. I'm sure they exist somewhere ... that is as long as you have the proper credit card info and are willing to sign over your first born to see them.

Now then ... disclaimer time. This Duk ain't into kiddie porn! No way! Absolutely horrid to take advantage of youth in this fashion. Gives the term 'porn' a bad name.

Oh, and I just have to laugh about the MP3 comment, JZ_UK. Do you really think 25 million people will stop using MP3 players??? Or that there will be no new, recording industry organized, napsterish program in a few short months/years. I wouldn't bet against it bro.

yeah yeah, but heres the deal. If you approve an image of sailor moon, fine. Approve a nude image of sailor moon, however, and that imples you think that it is okay to look at naked children, just as approving an image of sailor moon getting bent over implies that the action is condonable in real life. You're right, it's not the same, but it could be argued as an incitement. It's the same as the violence on TV issue. You've just gotta decide if you think it's a real factor.

the point is that winamp.com can't have nudity because they need to keep it "appropriate" for the kids. i mean, i couldn't look for skins while my mom was around if there were porn all about, now could i? therefore, i support the disallowment of nudity on this site, although if they had a "back room" sort of thing that required a credit card #, that would work, too.

ah, the moral question... well in most of Europe Holland for example, TV can show EVERYTHING all the time. Similary in Japan. In the UK censorship is rife, in the US it is less so. However Flatmatt there is a lot of nudity on this site I've found it search for FINe and then tell me they only allow R-rated stuff in the UK we have 12 15 and 18 rateings which one would R be?
