Server setting problem

Well folks, I think I have a problem of server setting.

Below is the messages that I received -

"Save Settings

There was an error changing the server from setup to broadcasting mode.
Attempted to open http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin.cgi?sid=0 on the server.

Check the server is still running and if it is not then check the log file output.

You can close this window now as setup cannot recover from this issue."

Do I need this setting to have my online radio station's advertisement?

Please advise.

Thank you.

the server is probably not running...

if you configured the server as a standalone you cannot close its window on the desktop -- if you are running the server as a service, it will not start automatically.

more info would get a better answer.
