non-standard(wrong) encoding recognized but truncate on save

I have a few mp3 files with id3v2 in 2.4 format, some tag inside it is save (mark) as latin1 encoding in file but is actually GBK encoded text, winamp is great to recognize it as GBK as my system locale is latin1. but as soon as i modify 1 field of and save it, other GBK encoded text is truncated

sub-sequence save won't loose anything because the tag is already save in UTF encoding by winamp

it's true the tag encoding in my files are not standard. but loosing data on save isn't helping. please fix

I believe winamp doesn't actually officially fully support 2.4

I think it reads it kind of, but writing is iffy.

u might want to see if mp3tag works for you. I use 2.3 and UTF-16
