New Skin Help Needed...

hi all im planning on making an Space skin.
I need help on what you think about wut im using in it.
This is what im using for the main and EQ. I also have a kick ass pic of a shuttle luanching i might use that in the EQ to but im not sure about the playlist.

Edit: the picture is WAY bigger then this i just had to make it smaller because it way like 275 Kb.

That's gonna be extremely difficult to intergate i just dont see it. The equailizer in the other hand could "Goes silent" Wow

Ok I plan to have earth in the equalizer and the sliders are going to be shuttles lifting off.

Edit: for that other guys question, Yea i sort of did everything on it is working i just need to add a bit more to it.

Now this part is just the main skin part of it you still need the cursors. i think the cursors are in the thread called coursor maker? go there and you can get them in a zipped format. (BUT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THAT OTHER FILE CALLED SKIN)

Do you test your skins before you post them? You're clearly missing main.bmp, and who knows what else.
Also, how on earth is your skin too big to upload with the cursors? You only used like two colors.

I just looked in your zip folder, and you have like 7 layers of unnecessary folders. I don't know why you did that, but it might cause problems, it should all be one folder.

yea i was just expareminting with that but ill worry about that later i really want to do the EQ first i have a great idea in my head but i cant decide on wut im going to do.

Here are my ideas for the EQ

1. Well i was going to have the earth at the bottem and have rockets as the EQ sliders and make it look like its lifing off.

2. Or i could have the base where the shuttles lift off and the EQ changes from the base then in the middle blue skys then at the top space.

( i like idea 1 better but then wut about the playlist)

For the playlist in idea 2 i was going to have were the other people hang. Like what i mean is the part where they tell the astronats to lift off. and the buttons at the bottum would be 3 2 1 Lift----------Off ( The ---------- is were the little play buttons would be)

So what do you think?

Edit: Oh dear. Hey guys i need big help with the EQ sliders i made them the space ships and i went to test it out andi have a big problem. On the Skinners atlas is white declared transparent? because thats what it says in the REadme.txt so now i have EQ sliders that look like space ships but with a white back ground. can someone help?

You can't actually make the sliders transparent. Just color the background of the sliders to match the background of your EQ.

Ok yea i thought about it and i fixed it. you see with the prob i had is that i was going to have smoke come out of the bottem of the ships and the image would change evey time. and u thought that might scruew it up. but i must of been on crack

Do you have any actual questions that make sense or actual work on an actual skin? As far as I can tell, you've posted some pictures that are pretty much the skinner's atlas, and a skin that already has it's own thread.

Well now its to late my dad just came home and upgraded the computer i do my skinning on to XP now i have to get my own computer.

Edit: well i already have a computer but it runs on deasel.

Finish that space skin first. Then everyone will tell you what you did wrong and what you should do to improve your skills. Don't jump from one dumb idea to another. Stick to one and realise it.

Man, I've had so many ideas for a StickDeath.com skin over the last couple of years I've lost count, but non of them looked like that

Even had a modern idea down in rough form somewhere that had a ton of stick death related incidents for button presses and so on.

One day I might do it, but I doubt it...

Ok i found out how i can make skins on XP but i need to know if it is against the rules if someone sent me the skinners atlas in a zipped form insted of wsz? And i also need someone to change them into wsz format when im done it.
