Winamp 5.33 and Microsoft Applocale

When loading Winamp 5.33 using Microsoft Applocale, specically to read Simplified Chinese characters, the media library instantly opens and cannot be closed as there is no frame around the window. Pressing the ML button in the main player window does nothing. Also, the slider to move forward or backward in the media file is missing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and experience the same problems.

Hmm, strange.

Please note that Winamp is a unicode capable program now, so you shouldn't need to use MS Applocale to read Chinese characters.

Yeah, and I thought that was the greatest thing for me I'm a foreigner living and working in China, and I often listen to a lot of Chinese music as well as English music. I did notice that it reads "some", but, strangely it's not consistent. If I enter song titles or info in the tags myself, they often cannot be read on the next restart of Winamp. I thought I would just go back to using Applocale, but that just doesn't want to work either.
