Intro File Volume?

I have been fairly successful in setting up my shoutcast server although I need a little help. I recorded some elaborate intro files and saved them with the appropriate sample settings (64k/22Hz/stereo)and set the amplitude of the files as high as I could with out to much clipping. They sound great when played in Winamp, but when I set the exact same file as my "intro" it plays everytime I connect but only at about 30% of the volume level. I'm assuming because the server is "playing" the file. Is there any way to specify the volume from the .ini file?

Any help is greatly appriciated.
