For those that use Notepad to edit html files, you might wanna try this more powerful Notepad clone.

Features
Filesize is limited to the available memory. (not 64k)
Recent Files feature implemented. (will handle up to 5 entries)
Revert features implemented. (Let's you re-read the file from disk)
32k executable size. (C & win32 api)
Able to read UNIX style text files. (will save as DOS style)
Find/Replace
Full Intellimouse support.(Tested on Win95/98/NT4.0)
Shows current location, # of lines, file offset, file size.
Goto Line # (Under Search Menu)
Shows Insert/Overwrite editing mode.
Can change Font Color/Size/Characterset/etc.
Added the ability to Hide/Show Toolbar and Statusbar. (View Menu)
Flat Toolbar.
You can also open files by Dropping them from Windows Explorer.
You can now minimize Win32Pad to the System Tray.(Ctrl+M or View->"Minimize to Tray")
Win32Pad can now handle quoted command line parameters.
For Example: win32pad "Long FileName.txt"
Win32Pad will now automatically use the actual filename instead of the old 8.3 combination. (This is something that notepad does. When you give it a filena~1.txt it will expand it automatically.)
Now when you select a piece of text and then do Find/Replace it will use the selected text as the default Search string.
Can Insert Time/Date F5, Another File...
Can change Background Color.
File Properties. (Sames as when you right click and select Properties in Windows Explorer)
And many more...

Hmm and compared to EditPad?
Whatever works, but fill me in on what's better.

The highlighting got turned off immediately, but other than that, I love it.

Heh, most often I'd telnet into the web host's Linux box itself and use vim.
