Are you talking about an FM Transmitter to transmit your Radio station a short range? If so wholehousefmtransmitter.com is a good place to start with a part 15 non licensed needed Transmitter that generally goes 150 feet (sometimes a few blocks) which could be nice to transmit your station to a small group of people say an apartment complex, houses near you. If they like your short range station you can get them to tune in via the web. If you looking for WiFi Radios to hear your station why not simply use your FM Transmitter to transmit your smartphone to your Stereo system car or otherwise. This way you kill two birds with one stone lol.

@Dhol OK I think I know what you mean now Internet Radio's like the Squeezebox. The Squeezebox from what I've seen has pre programmed Web sites like Live365 which you can tune their stations in via those Radio's. Unless your station is on one of those programmed networks it makes it hard to receive your station. Not sure if TuneIn Radio is on there it should be and of course Shoutcast.com. On the Roku which is a TV device which you can watch youtube, Amazon, ect also has Radio networks such as Shoutcast, TuneIn, Live365 and others through the Roku channel so those people most likely could tune in your Radio station.

When I was on LoudCaster they worked out a deal where the Squeezebox did have their network on it and listeners could tune in LoudCaster stations.

As far as buying a chip with your station only I don't know if any company that does this. The closest thing I know is Nobex Partners which allows you to make a FREE ad supported app for your station. To my knowledge they do not yet have a nobex wifi Radio or don't know if Nobex is on Squeezebox Radio's. You have a neat idea however.

Good Luck.
