Command line MP3 - AAC converter?

Hi all, slightly off topic I know, but does anyone know of a command line MP3 - AAC converter?

Thanks!

For what OS? windows?

Its not really an AWESOME program, but their is one that I believe will work for both IC and SC called "outlaw"

It was a real flexable streaming program based on the concept of Ices, but will run on a 486 overclocked to 133 Mhz (thats the lowest its been tested to) very flexable outputs, but the downfall is it will not do LIVE transcoding, its just a playlist transcoder thats barebone designed for old comps. But it does do mp3 and AAC+ output, and very fexable with output encoder setup.

Why not run SC_trans2 from command line? That was its intent, and it does do a great job for live source transcoding.

If that does not work, then look into AudioCommander.
