Stream is down, please help

Hi there, after rebooting, my station+planner didn't come back on. Can someone help me with that please?

I've tried on various platforms, and in my shoutcast business account it just says unable to listen to the stream url.

I restarted we-get-lifted radio, the radio is playing fine now.

I am very grateful, thank you so much.

I've noticed that when I go from using an auto dj program using an encoder, it doesn't always trigger the shoutcast planner. It's very hit and miss, hence why I have to reboot. Is there any reason for this, something I'm doing wrong maybe?

Hi, my station has gone down again.

Would you mind rebooting for me please, as I've tried and no joy... and as I have an ongoing problem. I do have a ticket for it, but it's been over a week and still the same problem, which is when I am on live using an encoder, and then go back to the planner, it does not resume! I then have to wait out the 24hrs until I can reboot.

Not sure if it has anything to do with that, but during live using an encoder with radiodj, the stream dropped out and will not come back on.
