fiShbRaiN - pixel hijack pack

(LOL... help... i need counseling... cant... stop... writing... presets...)

Pack 4:

pixel hijack pack
- blueprint
- breakfast cruiser
- the machine that conquered the world
- when coathangers dream
- witchcraft
- witchcraft (sorcery remix)

'coathangers' spawned 'witchcraft',
and i had so much fun with this theme i had to make at least one rexmix.

'blueprint' i must say did strangely pleasant things to my neural pathways as i checked it out listening to 'chemical brothers'... do it! LOL

enjoy
cheers!

I like the witchcraft ones, nice idea, never seen anyone do something like that.

I *love* the wave forms in the machine. You should make it rotate on more then on axis. Check out some of the presets in my last post for the equasions. (if you don't understand them, just ask!)

Cheers Phat,

I thought about making the "machine" rotate on another axis, but in the end decided I liked the simplicity as is. Also, the way I have done the background (with echo) means that I can't have it rotate on more than one axis without the triange being screwed up (which I don't want).

So, with a little bit of modification, I might do a remix as suggested.

The "pixel hijack" pack was basically my first attempt at programming the customisable waveforms.

I know the theories behind rotating objects (2D/3D), but I am still getting to grips with the milkdrop syntax and "method" of programming. Also a bit rusty with my 2D/3D theory - but it'll come back to me LOL. But cheers for the offer, if I have troubles or need any tips I'll take up your offer

machine that conquered the world (domination remix)

OK, here's a more dynamic remix of "machine"... the code is a little bit neater too.

Yeah I am liking them. Maybe I'll make a remix or two at some point.

A couple of points.

When using the echo like say witchcraft does often the colours (or in this case the white) can seem a little dark. Try increasing the gamma of them to get more brightness. Although the gamma value is a real number it works in integers for the case of slowdown. 1 no lose of fps 1-1.9999 x loss of fps 2.0 to 2.9999 2*x loss of fps, etc.

Keep it up. I am enjoying the new wave of MilkDropers
