Name already used?

when i try to sign my station up with the DNAS 2.4 for CDN it says my station is already used. How is this possible?

please contact support via the contact form at the bottom of the shoutcast.com page and provide as much information as possible about the issue (its not something that can be done via the forums) so it can be processed as applicable.
