AAC+ streaming

After upgrading to 2.6, cannot stream in AAC+ for free. So I bought the premium plan. Entered my five stations in radiomanager, made all 5 stations public and all are in the directory. Added UID and license key to all five config files. For 2 stations it works fine in AAC, for the other 3 it does not work telling me that is not MP3 and only MP3 is allowed. I tried contacting Shoutcast, they never replied. Any idea what to do? I bought the premium plan to get AAC working because MP3/64 is not that great.

The AAC error normally only occurs when no connection has been made to the YP. Does it say on all streams that it's public?

It should be there for all streams: Stream is currently up and public

Yes that 's what it says when I stream in MP3 after a few minutes. When I try AAC, it says waiting for directory response and a couple of seconds later it disconnects.

You must wait until a connection to the YP is established. This can sometimes take 20 minutes. After it connects, AAC works too.

I finally had one working after more than 2 hours keeping the server active connecting and disconnecting and quite a few restarts. Hopefully the others will be easier. Many thanks for the help.

As soon as you restart the server you will have the problems again. Moved away from Shoutcast because this was one of my big issues. Support won't help you with that and deny that there is a problem with the Shoutcast software.
