Station not showing up in Shoutcast directory

I have 3 streams on Shoutcast. Two I am running the DNAS server and one I am having hosted on Shouitcast. My stations that are running on my server are being listed the one on shoutcast is not showing up in the directory. Station info.Guid 41e7ddc7-ad4e-4f9c-b014-41c9fb977abd Your Stream ID is "872243". I can enter the info in to Winamp and listen to it on the Mobile app so I know it's up and streaming.

We also have several streams running. So far, everything is fine. However, our streams are not listed in Shoutcast. This problem has existed for more than 7 days. Nothing has changed. The streams have been running for more than 5 years. We hope that problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
