I always thought that was a proprietary file format. Why is it not used?

Also, back on topic:
Roommates putting shit in your room to get it out of the way while you're working out of town, but you come back early, and there are big boxes in the middle of your room.

Nah, it's not used because it's not easy enough to implement, I'd guess. Hard to say, really. Partially it's because gifs are "good enough"...

Part of the reason is that the libraries are "huge", compared to other image formats.
Which is really a piss poor reason anymore if you ask me.
It was never implemented in Opera or Firefox because of the increase in installer size. For Opera, the library would push the installer to be larger than that of Firefox (which Opera would never do) and for Firefox, it would have pushed the 1.x installer over 5mb (and has never been revisited since).

But it is soooo cool.

There's a strange bug in some MIPS code I am writing. A pointer is becoming corrupt the second time through a loop ( a lot of other stuff happens in between iterations ) 14 hours and a lot of dry erase board drawings later, I am going to bed, defeated. I will tackle you again in the morning, bug.

I hate that shit, I have to come to a stop behind those motherfuckers.

This is also as annoying when said 5mph turn person is running a red light on opposing traffic and you're waiting to go on your green. Sometimes I just want to hit them and take their insurance money.

Something that's been bugging me lately are my driving escapades in congested traffic...Seems like no matter what I do as far as merging between lanes, I always get myself caught in an Office Space moment...I'm in a stuck lane with the lane next to me moving, so I merge into the moving lane...Once I do that, the lane stops, and the lane I was just in starts to move forward...I merge back, it stops, and the lane I was in moves again; Repeat until either my destination is reached or I die from frustration...

Videos on YouTube that are
a) Clips from a TV show that somebody recorded by pointing his video camera at the TV
b) Family Guy clips that people where people dubbed the audio over another TV show for whatever reason
c) Poorly reenacted scenes from TV shows/movies
d) Poorly-done knockoffs of popular TV shows (I've seen a lot of people trying to be Borat)

Lookout tobacco doesn't plastic-wrap the packets of papers included in their tins. Gummed leaves put in with moist tobacco gives you one very long and useless cigarette paper.
