Cannot get Winamp to run on my new computer

I built a new computer win XP(sp2)I have never been able to get winamp to startup. I had a error of problem with the px.dll,I replaced it. Now I only get the proccessor to run at 98% and it gets stuck here. I am at a loss I have reloaded windows once and winamp several times. I need help! I have read several ideas on the forums and cannot get this to run. Please someone guide me with this.LOST
