copy playlists to another computer

Is it possible to copy my playlists to a newer computer? Both are running Windows XP, and I have already downloaded WinAmp and copied my media to the newer computer. Thanks.

Yes you can. Playlists are just text files that contain the name and location of the files. So as long as your media was copied to the same locations (drive letter and folder) the playlists will work.

Independent playlists will be in the folders they were created in. Media library playlists are in the winamp/plugins/ml/playlists folder (copy over everything in this folder to the corresponding folder).

it also helps to know if your playlists use absolute or relative paths.
