Buffering

I just made my own radio and everything works fine, except that if someone listens to my radio , it hjas to start buffering each 5 secs at him/her. I tried almost everything , like turning down the quality etc. , but it keeps that laggy. Can somebody tell me whats wrong ? Someone told my that it's because I'm hosting it muself and that I have to search a server first, but i don't know how. If you vcan solve my prob please post it here or mail me @ anarchistje911@hotmail.com.

thx
