Last time I post in general discussions. My mailbox just got flooded with winamp mails. Time to uncheck the 'Email Notification' box. Urghh. Delete, delete, delete, delete.....

Uh, if someone finds the point to this thread, please return it. And, yes, the email notifications r as annoying as Richard Simmons at GLAAD parade.

NEVER check that box, I fell victim to that on my first post ever on VB software, took the actions of a certain mod of the month to lock the thread to kill the spam

get rid of the email notifications completely. on the swedish site lunarstorm there a little buttons that tell you if theres replies to your threads in tha forums. click it and you'll be shown links to the threads. much better system.

Can you recall exactly which post it was that you ticked it in?, the first one of yours in there?, if it was I might be able to edit it, and take it out, that's only a MIGHT, have to see.

[edit] forget that, just had a look thru that thread at for your old posts, found one dated 23 december 2000, that I think is your first post in there, I've edited it and took the mail check off it, see if that stops your unwanted spam, I'll have a look see at the others u have posted, see if any of them have it on [/edit]
