I can not use winamp shoutcast dsp and stereo tool in sametime

Dear Sir/Madam,

I can not use winamp shoutcast dsp and stereo tool/dfx dsp in sametime. If i open shoutcast dsp steretoll is closing or happening opposite.

I shall be very pleased if you tell me How can i use both dsp together with winamp?

you have to use a DSP stacker like the 'Multiple DSP' plug-in from http://mlplugin.try.hu/ as Winamp only allows one DSP plug-in to run at a time (as you have found).
