(see threads below for previous input)

the brand: dell
the modem: dimension XPS T500 (dunno if that is correct, but that was under the
brand name)

the sound card... don't know where it is located. I think that the speakers aren't
plugged into the sound card... (they are plugged in further up closer to the mouse
nad key board if that helps at all)

I think that I just need a driver for the PCI multimedia audio device driver, but I don't
know where to find it and down load it/install it.

When I look at the device manager I can see that there are ?/! next to 'other devices'
and when I dig deeper I find that there are no drivers installed for the PCI multimedia
device and therefore I think I need to find a driver for it... question: where do I find
such a thing?
