My Life(tm) Sucks majorly right now...

Some things are going on right now, that are really pissing me off\upsetting me, so I'm going to try to shut myself off from the world as much as possible for a while. If I can keep myself away, I probably will not be posting here for at least a week, maybe more.

This will likely be my last post for a while, so don't bother asking me more about it, because A, I probably won't see it, and B, I'm not going to elaborate.

Good bye for now, and I hope to see you all again

I've always disliked it when people say "I've been thinking" or "I've been doing a lot of thinking lately and..." It immediately gives me the impression they're stupid, it sounds like they were making a conscious effort to think. No offense jerimiah, it just reminded me of thinking that while watching "In Good Company" last night, one of the worst films I have ever seen in a cinema.

Lol. I was thinking means the person was consciously forcing thoughts to emerge, nothing wrong with that...

I don't really see how making a conscious effort to think about a particular issue makes you stupid. Explain?

I'm not sure. To me, it just sounds stupid to say "I was thinking and..." Thinking is something you do almost involuntarily, something that requires the smallest of efforts. I'm not sure I can actually explain well enough, which I'm sure is something you'd love to pick on to bits. The bottom line: it just sounds like that to me.

I don't suppose with your obviously massive intelligence you've ever encountered a problem which required you to think about for more than say, 5 seconds, before the solution came to you?

The bottom line is: you are full of shit.

You know, when you want to be a troll, you got to be subtile. This is too obvious.

Did you include that mispelling in order to attract my attention? I'm flattered.

Moreover, you are obviously evading reply to what you know to be your own wrongly made assertion.

you could have saved loads more by not posting that

And intentovent, I may be full of shit, but you seem to be a bit of an arsehole. Why the cheap sarcasm about my obviously massive intelligence? It's just my opinion. Galvanising your brain into what we call thinking is not hard. We think constantly, our brain never stops working. What [I}is[/I] hard is focusing this thinking on a particular problem for an extended period of time, for instance when working on a physics problem sheet for two hours.

Thinking isn't hard. It's piss easy. You don't have to put in any effort, you do it all the time. Obviously some of us put our thoughts to much better use than others. For instance, you use your brain to be an anally retentive arrogant arsehole, which is not the best of uses.
