Error 224003 Using Mixx with Shoutcast

Hello, I use Mixx to broadcast music for my online radio.

The live broadcasting preferences show "connected" as the status. Live broadcasting is "enabled" and the auto dj software appears to be working with volume etc.

Yet the player function on my website is not playing any audio. It also comes up with error code: 224003.

I have tried regenerating the live password but no luck there. I am not sure if this is a mixx issue or a shoutcast issue or something entirely different.

Can anyone help?
