Shoutcast Under Maintenance

So within the last week my entire station went down, no music playing just nothing.
Of course i've sent 20-30 emails over the past few months and i've not received a single response BUT i did get an email on saturday that shoutcast will be under maintenance as Monday (yesterday).

Shoutcast is still not useable for me and I still do not have my station up and running. So many reoccurring issues from Shoutcast. Does anyone know what this maintenance is for exactly??? new owners? an actual customer support?

Currently maintenance is probably for a more stable infrastructure. SHOUTcast writes about this: "You should be able to enjoy a better and stronger Shoutcast experience the moment the maintenance is over."
