VBR-M4A Bitrate show always restless

Winamp 5.65 (build 3438)
Clean install: Yes
Language Pack: English (US)
Skin: Classic

OS: Windows 2003 SP2 (32-bit)
Locale: English US
CPU: Phenom II X3 710
RAM: 4GB RAM
GPU: Radeon HD 3200
Sound: Realtek HDA
DirectX: 9.0c

Problem:
Can't show average bitrate on some VBR-M4A/AAC files. "Kbps" status always restless.
When? Since 5.62. Because of "Replaced CT aacPlusDecoder.w5s with new FhG aacdec.w5s"

Solution:
Replacing \System\aacdec.* with \System\aacPlusDecoder.* from 5.61 (or previously version).

just to be clear, you'd be happy if the new decoder would show the avg bitrate?
