I have:

OS: Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium 64
WinAmp: v5.666 Build 3516 (x86)

SHOUTcast Source DSP Plugin for WinAmp v2.3.5 Build 222
SHOUTcast Server v1.9.8/Win32 (Feb 28 2007)

Some songs has lags.
Example: Fall Out Boy - This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race.mp3
---

I tried install old WinAmp, old sc_server, new sc_server (2.x), icecast2, etc...
This don't solved my problem.

How to fix this bug?
