Adding Shoutcast to VPS

Hi, i've just got a VPS with Web Hosting UK which is running Centos 7 (Linux). Could you provide more information how to add shoutcast and to setup successfully.

Would I also need any software for users to create/buy their own radio station?

Just a quick update, I opened a support ticket with my webhost and they've provided me with their shared hosting plan instead which works out cheaper and saves me the hassle of setting up a VPS.
