winamp 5.8 vs windows 10 shell

Seems like none of the shell options for winamp actually work in windows 10. The only one that matters to me is 'enqueue on double click' but nothing else works either. None of the normal options that should show up on right-click are there. 5.8 just can't even. running windows 10? F- off, you don't get shell integration.
This has been working since windows 95 when I was ripping cd's with CDEX. Can we get a hotfix or something?

Tried a fresh install with 5.666666. Same issue. Works in 2.95. guess I'll stick with it.
